Information on how we handle your personal data when processing inquiries and reservations.

What data we process
When you submit an inquiry through the reservation form, we process your full name, e-mail address, phone number, dates and length of stay, number of guests, and, where provided, your preferred room and any note you give us.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
We process the data in order to handle your inquiry, communicate with you about the reservation, and, where applicable, conclude an accommodation agreement. The legal basis is the performance of a contract, or the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as is necessary to handle your inquiry and, where relevant, your stay, and afterwards for as long as required by accounting and tax regulations for completed reservations.
Sharing data with third parties
We do not share your data with third parties, except for processors that provide technical services necessary for running the website and sending e-mail messages (e.g. our e-mail service provider), and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to its processing.
